I began violin when I was 4 as a Suzuki student, later switching to cello, and eventually pursuing a bachelor's and master's in cello performance at the Peabody Conservatory. I taught cello and orchestra for many years but growing the business and raising a young family made it challenging to do both. Now, I am absolutely thrilled to be adding a music education component to Sam's Strings Violin Shop via the Paganini School of Music! 

We are dedicated to providing young musicians the opportunity to reach their goals and potential through access to experienced and dedicated teachers. We offer group classes that expand their repertoire and instill confidence as well as provide masterclasses with regionally and nationally known artists. In addition, we hope that our classes will reinforce and further strengthen the excellent public-school programs in our area.
